Selling a condo at the LOFTS in the downtown San Diego Gaslamp district?
I have a well qualified buyer that is seriously looking to purchase a condo in the LOFTS as we speak.
They are a young married couple who relocated to San Diego, CA a few years ago and are ready to move and enjoy downtown living. The husband is an active duty service member stationed at the Coronado Naval base. This lovely couple has been pre approved for a mortgage with Inessa Weintraub of Wells Fargo for a conventional loan and are all set to submit an offer on any condo that comes available in the LOFTS.
What type of condo are the well qualified buyers looking for in the LOFTS?
At least a one bedroom, one bath with washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen doesnt have to be upgraded. A corner unit with windows would be ideal or a unit on the first floor due to high ceilings. However, the buyers are very willing to consider units on the other floors because they love the location of the complex. A number of their military friends already own condos in the building and my buyers cant wait to be their neighbors.
